June 15- Four of the biggest telecommunications companies in the Philippines conducted a regional communications convention named “Amazing Ka-Partner” at the Binalonan town plaza and Ramon J. Guico Sr. Sports and Civic Center.
Incoming 5th District Representative Ramon V. Guico III together with officials of Philippine Long Distance Telecommunications (PLDT), Smart Communications, Sun Cellular and Talk and Text led the ribbon cutting.
Latest promo brand activations like the Home Fibre internet, PLDT Home Wifi modem, Smart Signature postpaid plans and more promos from Sun and TNT were presented to more than 2,000 guests, partners and clients.
Local artists including Francis Alijandro, Voice ng Baguio Champion and 2019 TNT Idol and Manuelito Amor of Ang Galing Mo Pinoy, I Can See Your Voice Winner, welcomed guests and clients during the opening program.
Meanwhile, Binalonan’s very own Fortunata “Pongsky” Tenioso, who won during the “Tawag ng Tanghalan” dailies last February, and a finalist in “Bet ng Bayan” serenaded the crowd.
Raffle draws were done and prizes were awarded to the delight of the winners at the end of the convention.
