Binalonan Town Fiesta 2019 kicks off with civic parade

A civic parade around the poblacion marked the beginning of the Binalonan Town Fiesta for 2019.

The municipal officials headed by Mayor Ramon V. Guico III, Vice-Mayor Melicio F. Patague, Executive Chairman of Town Fiesta 2019 Councilor Carl Joseph Patawaran led the parade followed by all the candidates in the Search for Miss Binalonan 2019, and all government and non-government officials and employees.

Also joining the parade was Mrs. Binalonan U.S.A , Mercuria Castaneto, who represented the Binalonan Association of Southern California (BASC).

CABES Drum and Lyre Corps of Calixto A. Bautista Elementary School and UCU Drum and Lyre Corps sponsored by Mrs. Binalonan U.S.A. provided the music for the parade.

Participants of the parade included floats of Jollibee, Savemore, B-Meg, Ancar Motors and Rupertos Inland Resort!

After the parade, a special number by the UEP and a surprise number of Jollibee, Hetty and Twirly made the occasion colorful.

A stiletto challenge featuring modern dance competition was performed by 10 competing groups made the night more exciting. Earlier the municipal officials showcased themselves in an stiletto zumba number.
