Binalonians, come and participate in the License to Own and Possess Firearms (LTOPF) Caravan on Sept. 20- 21, 2018 and avail of the following services/activities:

1. LTOPF/ Firearms Registration
2. NP Test
3. Drug Test
4. Police Clearance (R2 Clearance)
5. Gun Safety Seminar

We shall also facilitate the renewal of LTOPF:

1. RTC or NBI
2. Police Clearance
3. Photocopy of expired LTOPF

For PNP personnel who wish to obtain an LTOPF:

1. RTC or NBI Clearance
2. Photocopy of valid PNP ID
3. Certificate of Duty Status

For firearm registration, please bring the following:

1. Photocopy of Expired Firearm License ID Card
2. (2014 and beyond with penalty)
3. Photocopy of valid LTOPF

For New LTOPF, please bring the following requirements:

1. MTC & RTC Clearance or NBI Clearance
2. Police Clearance or DI Clearance
3. NSO Birth Certificate or any of the following:
   • Photocopy of valid passport; and
   • Birth certificate from local civil registry
4. Barangay Clearance for LTOPF purposes
5. 2 valid government IDs ( Photocopy)
6. Proof of income or any of the following:
   • CSC attested appointment order ( for government employees)
   • Pay slip
   • Income Tax Return ( ITR )received by BIR
   • W2 for government employees or 2316 form for non-government employees
   • Certificate of pension
   • Land title or certification from brgy. chairman for proof of livelihood (for farmers only)
   • Retirement Order
   • Certificate of Employment (Private Employee)
   • Business Permit/DTI/SEC

For faster and more efficient transaction, applicants are advised to secure ORIGINAL COPIES of their requirements before the caravan. Other requirements like APPLICATION FORMS, NP CLEARANCE, DRUG TEST RESULT, GUN SAFETY CERTIFICATE will be available during the caravan as well.
